What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually, our MOQ is 5000pcs. However, we accept lower quantities for trial orders if we have ready goods in stock.
Can I request product samples?
Sure, we can provide 2-3pcs of each item for free if samples are currently available in our inventory.
What is the typical lead time for samples and production?
Samples can be sent within 3 days. For mass production, the delivery time is normally 30-45 days, though 20 days is possible in some cases. Stock items ship within 3 days after confirmation.
Do you support custom designs or new molds?
Yes, we have a strong designer team that can create designs based on your requirements. We can also open new molds for your specific sample needs.
How do you handle color matching?
We match colors using the Pantone Matching System. You can provide the Pantone color code, and we will match it. We also provide advice on popular market colors.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our normal term is T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L). Other terms like D/P or L/C at sight are also acceptable.
